You must sign in using Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. The AI-generated resume output is provided for your personal use. The Service's software, design, and branding are owned by Cydratech.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated resumes will result in job interviews or employment. The quality of output depends on the input provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cydratech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mangaluru, Karnataka.

If a resume generation fails after a credit has been deducted (due to a system error, AI processing failure, or PDF compilation issue), the credit is automatically refunded to your account. No action is required from your end.
If you are charged twice for the same purchase, contact us at info@cydratech.com with the transaction details. We will process a refund for the duplicate charge within 5 to 7 business days.
Since credits are delivered instantly and do not expire, there is no subscription to cancel. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits remain in your account.
Where a monetary refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
